What items can I sell or borrow against at Cash M Company?
Cash M Company buys and offers loans against eligible gold, silver, platinum and diamond jewellery. We also offer loans against silver bars and coins, and eligible recent Apple electronics, including iPhones and MacBooks. Acceptance and the amount offered depend on an in-store assessment.

Cash M Company is at 9025 Torbram Road, Brampton, Ontario, L6S 3L2, near Torbram Road and Queen Street. You’ll find us in the plaza alongside KFC and Fit4Less.
What are Cash M Company’s opening hours?
Our Brampton store is open seven days a week:
- Monday–Wednesday
- 9 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Thursday–Friday

What identification do I need to bring?
Bring a valid, physical Canadian government-issued photo ID when selling an item or arranging a loan at Cash M Company. We do not accept Ontario health cards, also known as OHIP cards, as identification.
How quickly will I receive payment, and how do you pay?
The process usually takes a few minutes, depending on how many items you bring for assessment. Once the transaction is completed, payment is available in cash or by e-transfer, which is normally received immediately. For larger amounts, we may issue a cheque.
What is the difference between selling an item and borrowing against it?
Selling
Selling means exchanging your item for payment and transferring ownership.

No. Cash M Company offers loans secured by eligible valuables. We do not offer payday loans or unsecured personal loans. The item you provide is assessed to determine the amount you may be able to borrow.
What diamonds does Cash M Company accept?
We accept eligible natural diamonds set in gold or platinum jewellery. Each qualifying stone must:
- Weigh at least 0.25 carats individually.
- Be a clear, white diamond with VS2 clarity or better.
- Be set in gold or platinum jewellery.
- Have no visible damage.
We do not accept loose diamonds or lab-grown diamonds. If you have a diamond certificate or grading report, bring it with you—it can help with the assessment and valuation.
Do you accept gemstones other than diamonds?
No. Cash M Company accepts qualifying natural diamonds only. We do not accept other gemstones.
Which iPhones and MacBooks qualify for an electronics loan?
We offer loans on eligible recent Apple electronics. An iPhone must be the current or previous year’s model and meet all of these requirements:
- Be in perfect cosmetic and working condition.
- Include its original box and charger.
- Be fully paid for.
- Come with proof of purchase.
We also consider recent MacBooks. Contact us to confirm whether your specific MacBook model qualifies.
