We test your items in front of you, weigh them and provide a loan quotation. If you proceed, your items stay with Cash M Company as security for the loan. Interest is charged monthly, and you can reclaim your items by meeting the repayment terms.
Cash M Company offers gold loans up to a maximum of $7,500. The amount available depends on the assessed value of your gold. If you know its weight and karat, use our gold loan calculator for an initial estimate before visiting.
Cash M Company does not run credit checks for gold loans and does not report these loans to credit agencies. The amount available is based on the assessed value of the gold you provide as security, subject to our maximum loan amount.
Cash M Company keeps pledged gold in secure storage during the loan. Your items remain with us as security until you redeem them under the terms of your agreement.
To redeem your gold, repay the original amount borrowed plus the interest required under your agreement. Collection is available Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Loan items cannot be collected on Sundays, even though the store is open. You can schedule a pickup through our customer portal.
Yes. You can extend your loan month by month for as many months as you choose by making the required interest payments. Paying interest extends the loan but does not reduce the original amount borrowed. Check your due date and make the required payment to keep the extension current.
No. The calculator estimates a loan value using the gold purity and weight you enter. It does not show monthly interest charges or the total repayment amount. Before accepting a loan, confirm the interest rate, any fees, the due date and the amount required to redeem your gold.
Yes. Sign in to the Cash M Company customer portal to view your due dates, see item descriptions and schedule pickups. If you do not have an email address on file with us, text 905-595-5222 so we can update your account.
