Quotes and estimates
Every price and estimate we give before you visit, whether on this site, in chat, by message or over the phone, is a guide, not an offer. Gold and other precious-metal prices move during the day, and the value of a specific item depends on its weight, purity and condition, which we can only confirm by testing it in person. Your final offer is the one we make in store, at the time of the transaction, after we’ve assessed your items. Our calculator and posted prices are there to help you decide whether it’s worth coming in.
Chat, phone and messaging support
Our team is happy to answer questions before you visit. They work from our published information and, like anyone, can occasionally get something wrong or out of date. Nothing said in chat, by message or over the phone creates a binding offer, guarantee or contract, and it doesn’t change our in-store policies. If something you were told matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in store.
Prices and policies change
Posted prices, loan terms, limits and policies can change without notice, including during the day as the market moves. The terms that apply are the ones in effect in store at the time of your transaction.
Agreements are made in store
A sale or loan only exists once you and a Cash M Company team member have completed it in store and you’ve received the written documents for it. Those documents are the whole agreement for that transaction.
Your rights
Nothing on this page limits any right you have under Ontario or Canadian consumer protection law.
